In teams of 4, complete the as many rounds as possible of:
Med ball clean & pass the ball around the circle.
When it gets back to where it started, put the ball down and
1st round: 5 Push ups each
2nd round: 5 Handstand kick ups each
3rd round: 10 Single unders each
Repeat until time runs out.
