Warm up:

3 Rounds

5 yd Log roll -> 10 yd Bear crawl -> 15 yd Broad jump -> 15 yd Backpedal -> 30 yd High knee skip

Skill work:

Elbows to the PVC:  One at a time, have athletes bring their thumbs to their shoulders.  Hold a PVC pipe or dowel in front and have them raise their elbows to touch the PVC in the “Press position”. Then have the athlete press/push press
