Warm up:
3 Rounds of
1 Handstand roll out -> 5 Push ups -> Jump rope until its your turn to roll again
Skill work:
Heel balance drill: Standing with toes hanging off a plate, perform Shoulder press and Push press. Try to keep toes off the ground! Increase the challenge by moving more of the foot off the edge of the plate until it is at the mid foot.
WOD:
AMRAP in ~3 min
4 Box jumps
8 Shoulder press
then AMRAP in ~3 min
4 Box step ups
8 Push Press
