Warm up:

Skill work:
Partner up with one athlete (A) at the pull up bar set at eye level and one on the other side of the workout space (B). Partner A jumps up into a “chin over the bar position” and looks across the room to their partner. Without speaking, Partner B holds up fingers to represent three different numbers between 1 and 10. Partner A drops down and runs to Partner B to report what the three numbers were and then athletes switch places. See how many sequences your team can report correctly. (For an added challenge, try a longer sequence of numbers.)
