Hey Families! Here’s a Kids version of todays Adult WOD.

8 Front Squats
7 Box Jump Overs

Similar to throwing for distance. Create several different targets for you to throw from.  Standing in the same spot see if you can throw and hit all the targets?  If you want to make this a points game give a point value to each target and see who can rack up the most points in 10 minutes!
