Half Moon pose – Practice balance for keeping legs and arms in line for cartwheels by working on this pose. Start by balancing on one leg and reaching the same side arm out to the side and then down to the floor while reaching the opposite arm overhead and across the body. Use the wall if balance is a challenge.
