Hang Squat Cleans
WOD:
With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible of
3 Med Ball Hang Squat Cleans -> Thruster pass to your partner
Complete 3 rounds each and then,
10 yd Wheelbarrow walk each (Switch places for the trip back)
