1st Rib Mobilization
Partner up and perform the following for time:
200 Wall Ball (Partner must be performing overhead hold 75/ 55)
150 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (partner must perform a deadhang on the pull up bar)
100 Box Jumps (partner must hold a good plank position with a 45/ 25 pound plate on their back)
