Tabata style partner warm up- one rows one holds bottom of squat, 5 rounds
10 PVC Pass Throughs 
20 Tricep Pull Downs

15-12-9-6-3 Dips

Skill/Mobility:
Partner up- 6 rounds each
P1 – AMAP double unders for as long as P2 holds hollow
