Dumbell Push Press
With a continuously running clock do one burpee the first minute, 2 push press the second minute, 3 burpees the third minute, four push press the 4th minute and so on until you cannot complete the requisite number repetitions in the minute. Score by counting the last round you completed and any additional reps.
