Workout of the Day

With a continuously running clock; do 1 Sumo Deadlift High Pull, 1 Hang Power Clean, and one Push Jerk (95 and 65) the first minute, 2 of each the second minute, three of each the third minute and so on until you can no longer complete the required reps in the alloted minute. Score by counting the last full cycle completed.
