Crazy? You bet, crazy enough to keep working out with broken limbs if we have to. Motivated? As far as we are concerned, you forgot the meaning. Strong? Yes, at CrossFit Agoge our women are strong, mentally as well as physically, and we are going to keep getting stronger. So you better look out, one day you will be out for a “nice little 5k” and one of our women is going to run you down, leaving you to think about what you really could have done if only you’d have come in sooner.
