Workout of the Day

First Rib Mob
Wall Straddle

Break into even teams:
As Many Reps as Possible in 1 Minute each of:
Kettle Bell Swings
Squat Cleans (165/ 105)
Dumbell Thrusters

The team members will perform each exercise in order. The first person will start with KB Swings, at the end of the first minute, they will move forward one place to the rest position and tally their score, while the second person will move to KB swings. They will move on as stated until the last team member has finished the 1 minute of burpees. At that point they will add all of the scores and divide by the number of team members for the final score.
