Rusty takes 5 after last weeks Free Saturday WOD.
We are glad to see more of you bringing friends and family in to check out the Saturday workouts. We can (as always) scale it to anyone’s abilities and its a no-strings-attached opportunity to see what CrossFit is all about. We especially love to hear about visiting friends and family going home and joining their local CrossFit gym.
