Wall Squat
First Rib Mobilization

As Many Rounds in 20 Minutes of:
1 Rope Climb
3 Hang Power Snatch (96/ 65)
5 Over Head Squats

This will be an alternating partner wod. One teammate will work at a time to complete the round, when they have completed the round, the other partner may go. Score this workout by combining total rounds between teammates.
