With a continuously running clock, perform:
1 Deadlift (225, 155), 1 Burpee and 1 Pull Up the first minute. 2 Deadlifts, 2 Burpees and 2 Pull Ups the second minute and so on until you cannot complete the required number of reps to advance to the next round in the given amount of time. Score by total number of reps.
Finish with a 1000 Meter row and stretching.
