Congrats to Tyler and all of the others that got their muscle ups last week. This is a fairly technical movement that takes a lot of practice, so practice is exactly what we are going to do. Expect to see muscle ups about once a week for the next month or so.

9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Push Jerks
