Every Minute on the Minute perform the following:

1 Ground to Overhead the first minute

2 Ground to Overhead the second Minute

3 Ground to Overhead the third Minute

4 Ground to Overhead the Fourth Minute

5 Ground to Overhead the Fifth Minute

Rest 2 Minutes, add weight and repeat, weights are as follows:

1st round (135/ 95)

2nd Round (155/ 105)

3rd Round (185/ 125)

    75#, 80#, 90#. Didn’t get thru round 4 of the third set but just kept going for the next minute. Have a great weekend!

    #115, 135, 145 – failed in the last round of 4 and 5. maybe could’a gone a bit lighter and worked on actually dropping under the bar in my jerk. pressing out is no bueno!
