Perform as many snatches (115/ 75) as possible in 60 seconds. At the one minute mark you will begin to perform As Many Rounds As Possible in 4 Minutes of:
10 Push Ups
At the 5 Minute mark, return to snatches until you complete 30.
Score this as 2 workouts: Total time for snatches and number of rounds and reps.
