As Many Rounds as Possible in 10 Minutes of:
15 Wall Ball
10 GHD Sit Ups
5 Dumbell Push Jerk
5 -1. (viewing the cup as half full). 20# db. Regular style sit-ups. Good to be back.
7+4, subbed jumping squats for WB, did left arm push jerk w/25#. Good to have you back Julie B 🙂
