    9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 heavy banded GMs, 1-1-2-2-3-3-4-4-5 strict Hand Stand Push Ups- 23:20ish. Strict HSPU are the opposite of fun, but I am so glad I didn’t let myself quit
