If a wall ball touches the ground or you rest for more than 3 seconds without performing the next rep, the set is void and you have to start over from Zero, so make sure you hit your mark!
19:45- used 6# WB to 9′ target. First time WB in months. By far my workout of the week. Totally. Not lying. 😉
