Saturday mornings are getting busy.  It's great to see all of getting after it before your day of rest.

Workout of the Day:

MWOD:


Overhead Tissue Mob (2 Min Each)
Barbell Adductor Smash (2 Min Each)


WOD:


As Many Reps as Possible in 10 Minutes, Ascending by 2s of
Clusters (105/ 70)
Burpees
Over Head Squats


Extras:


Rope Climb Skill Work:
Beginner- Either Foot work or Grip Work
Intermediate- Either 6 Half Ascents or 3 Full Ascents
Advanced- As Many Rope Climbs as possible in 5 Minutes
