Wall Squat (3min)
Front Squats (155/ 105)
At the top of each minute perform one more front squat than the round before, immediately followed by an increasing number of sprints (i.e. the first round sprint to the other side, the second round to the other side and back, the third round to the other side, back and to the other side again). Continue until you fail to complete the required work inside of the given minute.
