Chad rocking out Kettle bell push press. The question often comes up: “why do we use different tools to do the same movements?” To be sure, Kettle Bell push press are infinitely worse than dumbell or barbell push press. The biggest reason is that we are striving to make our workouts replicate the demands of life, which in this case is full of odd shaped objects that often place a different demand on the structure of our body. By mixing up our tools, we are much more prepared to face the never ending random tasks that life throws at us.
