CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that excels in preparing you for the rigors of life outside of the gym. CrossFit Agoge is the most experienced CrossFit facility on the Western Slope, so we understand how to safely deliver a constantly varied diet of common movement patterns; it is unlikely that you will see the same workout twice, so you will never get bored. We recognize that everyone has different fitness capabilities and because of that, there is a coach overseeing every class. We will ensure that we tailor each and every workout to meet you where you are at, find a way to allow you to be successful all while guaranteeing that you push yourself to work hard.
