T-Spine Overhead Bias (3 Min, )
WOD:
Overhead Squats:
5-5-5-5
Subtract to 50%
1 Snatch Balance, 1 Overhead squat x as many as possible
Each round will start with the bar on your back, you will snatch balance it, stand up and then overhead squat it and return it to the back of your shoulders.
