As many rounds as possible in 30 Minutes of:
Run 800 M
15 Burpees
10 Power Snatch (95/ 65)
5 Hand Stand Push Ups
4rounds +400m run +15 box jumps. Sub box jumps for burpees and GHD sit ups for snatch
