Come out and support Kelli and Ella as they prepare to head to South Africa!
WOD:
Complete the following for time:
Run 800 Meters
30 Overhead Squats (95/ 65)
Run 400 Meters Backwards
30 GHD Sit Ups
Farmer’s Carry 200 Meters
30 Wall Ball

18:18, rx. A great big thank you for coming out this morning – I haven’t gotten to do group WODs in a while and believe me when I say this, that is why I crossfit. I miss that . And for those of you who generously donated, Ella and I are grateful beyond words. We will go and do our best because we have the opportunity and because we want to make you, our Agoge family, proud. 🙂
