POP stands for Points of Performance, which didn’t sound very fun so I called it POP instead. We just went over the key points like Hands high, hips back, knees out, pockets below the knees, etc. I do this a lot on the first day of a new Skill Focus 😉

Great! Thanks. What’s the game you are playing in the photo? Two Frogs? Always looking for fun new games/warm ups:)

Julie-
They are playing “Frogger” (don’t know if you are old enough to remember that arcade game ;). The med balls are the cars and the kids on the side sit in a deep squat and roll them back and forth while the “Frog” tries to hop through without getting hit. Padding (the balls and the mat) highly recommended 😉

Thanks and Happy Sunday!
