Banded Elbow Distraction (3 Min per arm, Pg 281/2)
Glute Smash and Floss (2 Min Each, Pg 300)
WOD:
This workout will be a Sum of 10 Reversal for time:
9-1 Reps of Kettle Bell Swings
1-9 Reps of Box Jumps
Extras:
Run 1 Mile (not an all out effort, maybe 75-80%)
