Group Warm Up
Jog 400 Meters
30 Seconds Each, 2 Times through of:
Squats
Bandy Good Mornings
Bandy Triceps Press Downs
Kettle Bell Swings (Light to Eye Level)
Lunge Steps
Tuck Jumps
WOD:
Every Minute on the Minute for 10 Minutes of:
2 Weighted Dips
4 Power Cleans (80% of 1 Rm)
Max Kettle Bell Swings in Remainder of Minute
45 kettle bells. 75# cleans. Guess I should’ve gone a little heavier on the cleans.
