3 Rounds For Time of:
30 Hang Squat Snatch(45/ 35)
30 Wall Ball
The Barbell must pass below the knee while in the hang position for every rep.
That was tough. I focused on hitting depth every time. Hard to get motivated early Monday morning 🙁
