Group Warm Up:
As Many Rounds of the following as possible at a warm up pace in 5 Minutes of:
20 Single Skips
10 Straddlers to each side
20 Abmat Sit Ups
10 Snatch Balance (PVC)
10 Inch Worm Push Ups
MWOD:
T-Spine Smash Overhead Extension Bias (3 Min, Pg 238/9)
Hip External Rotation with Flexion Opt 3 (2 Min Each, Pg 310)
WOD:
Every Minute on the Minute for 20 Minutes of:
1 Snatch at 80%
10 Double Unders
In balmy Calgary today (-18F right now). Hotel WOD 30-20-10 strict press (#20), DB Snatch (1/2 each arm #40), and V-ups. 10:25. Going to try and make an afternoon WOD at a local box. Have a great day!
Tegan and I arrived in Brisbane this morning (which is actually tomorrow to you gringos) and are ready to take Australia by storm. Heard you guys are buried in snow. Have fun sledding!
