MWOD:
Barbell Quad Smash: (2 Min each, Pg 326)
Banded Lateral Shoulder Opener (2 min each, pg 273)
WOD:
As many Rounds as possible in 20 Minutes of:
5 Toes to Bar
10 Burpees
15 Hang Power Snatch (75/ 55)
5 rounds…yikes, knew that would be tough for me. :-(. Goog job 6am manly men!
9 rounds + 8 (Tough WOD to keep a steady pace)
