Barbell/ Foam Roller Lat Smash (2 Min)
WOD:
Complete the following for time:
50 Squats
40 Burpees
30 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
20 Pistols
10 Push Press (155/ 105)
Skill:
Muscle Up Progressions x 7-10 Minutes
super fun wod! i really like those chippers.
10:13, used #65 for 6 reps because i just couldn’t get the push press down this morning, then #85 for 5 reps when my brain returned to normal.
