In Even Teams, Complete the following for time:
Row 40 Calories
40 Wall Ball
40 Push Press (55)
40 Knees To Elbows
40 Hand Release Push Ups
40′ Lunge Walk with 95/65# in the front rack position
You may only move on to the next event when the team mate in front of you has finished with it. Time stops when the last team member finishes his/ her Lunge walk.
