Workout of the Day
MWOD:
Banded Figure 4 Stretch (2 Min Each)
WOD:
You will have 10 Minutes to establish a 1 RM deadlift. (GO BIG)
Using 50% of the above, perform As many rounds as possible in 12 min of:
10 Deadlifts
10 Burpees
10 Pull ups (Correction)
“RAIN MAN” for sure(NICHOLS already calls me this)
Probably “GAMEBOY”, I do like to analyze times.
What else were you thinking?
Gandalf for sure… And the fact that you didn’t see it only makes it more true.
even though this WOD contains my nemesis movement (DL), this was a fun workout. Thanks to Lori for the push!

Sea Bass = Viking fer sure, although Gandolf fits pretty well too!

i was thinking kimbo slice for me, great at single modality, but add any complexity or weight and i fall apart in the first round!
Oh boy, there’s a bunch of terms in there for me, like Shin, Uppercut, Taking it as it Comes, and Waterworks. I especially like Jackhammer, but I get the WB to face with just regular WB! Gandolf for sure for Sea Bass!

Shin, Jackhammer (ditto to what Steph said), Uppercut, Waterworks, a bit of Gandalf on my DL…and we all know I’m married the “Walrus” 🙂
Did the weightlifting WOD, would like to make this one up when I get back
I did see Gandalf, but wasn’t sure if I was old enough or good enough to fit that one!
I did Gazelle that 5K last week.
