Brent has been finding ways to continue to train while becoming whole. His motivation has been inspiring!
Workout of the Day:
Skill:
Muscle Ups
Work on any of the progressions or skills that will get you closer, go for about 7 minutes.
WOD:
Complete the following for time:
30 Dumbell Push Jerk
30 Box Jumps
20 Push Jerk
20 Box Jumps
10 Push Jerk
10 Box Jumps
6:43 18′ box, #15 DB for my creaky shoulder.
WOD: 6:40 with #20 DB and a 24″ box
CFU WOD:
snatch @ 80%x2 EMOM for 5min then 2 min AMAP- 17 @60# (went lighter)
run a mile- 7:40
