Workout of the Day
Snatch Balance
8×1 @ 85% of 1RM of snatch. 30 seconds of rest between sets.
Then:
“The Airforce WOD”
20 Thrusters
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pull
20 Push Jerks
20 Overhead Squats
20 Front Squats
you will do four burpees at the top of each minute. If you are in the middle of a rep, finish that rep.
