6 V-Ups
8 Thrusters (PVC)
Skill:
Handstand Push Up Progression/ scaling
Pistol Progression/ scaling
WOD:
3 Rounds for Time of
10 Hand Stand Push Ups
15 Toes to bar Sit ups
20 Pistols
Mobility:
Lax Ball Hamstring Smash
Single Lax Ball T-spine Mob
*WOD at home:
Warm up:
Kip Swings – If you do not have something to hang from safely, do superman-hollow rolls on the ground
WOD:
HSPU – Use a box or bench
Toes to bar- Use the same strategy you used for knee ups. Or do Sit ups
Pistols – If you don’t have these, do See Saw squats
