6 Each, shoulder width grip:
PVC Shrugs
PVC Elbows High and Outside
PVC Press
Skill
Single leg DB Deadlift
DB Clean and Jerk
Overhead DB Lunge
*the technique is the same for a single arm movement as it is for two
WOD
10 Rounds for time,
(1 Round= Both Arms, using 1 DB only)
DB in Right hand:
Single Leg Deadlift (left leg)
Clean
Jerk
Overhead Lunge Step (left leg forward)
DB in Left hand:
Single Leg Deadlift (right leg)
Clean
Jerk
Overhead Lunge Step (right leg forward)
*The above equals 1 total round. Try to keep the pace up.
