WORKOUT OF THE DAY(at home)

Warm Up:
CrossFit Warm Up: 10-15 reps each (with mods for no equipment)
Sit ups
Hip Extension (Superman holds or Good Mornings)
Push Ups
Squats
Pull Ups (find something solid and hang under it even if feet touch ground, or bent over rows)
Dips (use box or bench/chair)
Skill
Hamstring Smash and stretch (use a Lacrosse Ball, softball, baseball if you have one)
12 Dumbbell Deadlifts
10 Lateral Hops
6 Tuck Jumps
3 Box Jumps
WOD:
As Many Rounds as Possible in 10 Minutes of:
20 Dumbbell Deadlifts
15 Box Jumps
10 Sit Ups
