Warm Up:

Ski 90 sec

20 Banded GM

15 Sit Ups

10 Hip Circle Steps(L,R)

5 Strict Pull Ups 

 

Skill:

Barbell DL (light) x 5-7, Stone DL x2, 10 sec plank hold

BB DL x3-4, Stone DL and carry 10’ x 1 (lighter than workout #)

BB DL x 2-3 (workout #), Stone Carry x1 (workout #), 2 Push Ups 

 

WOD:

5 Rounds For Time of:

10 Deadlifts

25’ Stone Carry 

10 Push Ups
