Workout of the Day
As a team of five, complete the following for time. You may not start the next movement until all reps are complete.
250 Double Unders
200 Sit Ups
150 Kettle Bell Swings
100 Thrusters (95/ 65)
50 Dead lifts (with the axles, total weight of 275/ 185)
200 Meter Farmers walk (all members must carry dumbells)
Time stops when either the last rep is complete or the last member of the team returns to the gym.
