WORKOUT OF THE DAY
WARM UP:
5 Pause Squats (heels elevated) —> Inch Worm
5 Pause Squats (regular) —> Spiderman Stretch
5 Pause Squats (toes elevated) —> High Knees
5 Pause Squats (banded knees) —> Broad Jumps
*Use 5# plates to elevate
*2 sec pause at bottom
SKILL:
Complete 3 reps each w/ BB (for the Clean)- Deadlift to mid-thigh, Deadlift Shrug, Muscle Clean, Front Squat, Full Power Clean, Full Squat Clean, Push Press, Push Jerk
Warm up to WOD weight
WOD:
As Many Rounds as Possible in 6 Minutes of
Squat Clean and Jerk (155/ 105)
COOL DOWN/ ACCESSORIES:
“Kettlebell Hell”
Alternate 1 min Eye Level KB Swings and 1 min Plank Hold for 8 min
