Skill work:
“Perfect” pass relay: Athletes line up in teams behind the cone. One at a time, they run forward to another cone, pick up the ball and throw it to the trainer in the style indicated (double overhand, single overhand, underhand, chest pass, etc) and the trainer throws the ball back. Once the ball is caught and replaced at the cone, the athlete runs back to his time and high fives the next person in line.
