Warm up:
Roll the dice
Skill work:
Lunge to throw: Take a giant lunge step with the opposite leg to initiate the throw. Try with Double-overhand and Single-overhand.
WOD:
With a partner, complete the following. Use low plate stacks, set an appropriate distance apart for each pair of athletes.
10 Step up -> Throw, then 5 Burpee Box jumps (each)
8 Step up -> Throw, then 4 Burpee Box jumps
6 Step up -> Throw, then 3 Burpee Box jumps
4 Step up -> Throw, then 2 Burpee Box jumps
2 Step up -> Throw, then 1 Burpee Box jump
