10 Sit Ups = 1 pt
20 sec Hollow Hold = 2 pts
10 sec “L” hold = 3 pts

Weightlifting: 50%x3x10, 60%x2x5, backsquats- 90#, 110#
Some kickboxing followed by some swimming.
