Banded Good Mornings

Box Jumps

Skill:

Deadlift

WOD:

15-10-5 Reps for time of:

Dumbbell Press

Deadlift (275/ 190)

Accessories:

Handstand Push Up Ladder (1 to 6)

Must handstand walk halfway around box between Push Ups

Walk then 1, Walk then 2, ….., Walk then 6 (rest as needed)
